Chris Hoffman is a singer/songwriter from Cleveland, OH who plays drums and piano. He has recently written and recorded his first solo EP. His solo project is inspired by simple and catchy pop songs rooted in piano. He wants to write music that is honest and from the heart.
Drums and Percussion are his main instruments. He is a live and studio musician who has been playing since he was 6 years old. While he enjoys playing and listening to almost any kind of music his favorites have always been Classic Rock, Progressive Rock, and all around Pop music.
Chris started playing drums watching Phil Collins and John Bonham. He was later influenced by Mike Portnoy, Neil Peart, Buddy Rich, Gavin Harrison, and Carter Beuford. He has taken elements from all of these influences and incorporated them into his own unique style. Ever since he was a kid he wanted to be a performer putting on shows in his parents basement for family and friends.
